Strength & Conditioning (13 and Under)

It’s no secret that a monumental way to improve your game is in the weight room. In baseball just about all your movements involve force production within a small window of time and being able to fire that quickly and efficiently.

In this class, we will be diagnosing each players’ anatomical set-up in order to create an individual program that best fits each player. We understand that even though our players body’s at this age have a lot of maturing to do, we can still begin to build a good base to move forward. We won’t be overloading barbells, but instead get a head start on moving efficiently and creating explosiveness.

Strength & Conditioning (14 and Over)

In this class, we will be diagnosing each players’ anatomical set-up in order to create an individual program that best fits each player. This is achieved by placing players in various positions in order to analyze their range of motion and force output.

Biomechanics Analysis/ Medicine Ball Program (13 & under)

This class serves as a beginner level program for our players 13 and under. In this program we prescribe individual protocols based off each individuals bio-mechanics to help in addressing and correcting deficiencies in their lower half and thus producing more explosiveness in their movements. By overloading the upper half and putting each player through specific movements we have found we can train the body to move in a more efficient manner.

Biomechanics Analysis/ Weighted Ball Program (14 & up)

This class provides a more advanced program for our 14 and older players. We dive into each individuals bio-mechanics and anatomical setup to help create an efficient protocol to correct each deficiency. Weighted balls are a huge part of development in today’s game and we take a very personalized approach to each player. After we analyze a player we begin to “feed the mistake” to rewire the mind and muscle memory into a better movement pattern.

Recovery Class

Everyone experiences different types of soreness in all different places. In order to perform at a high-level day in and day out its pivotal for your body to properly recover. In this class, we’ll be putting each individual through a full-body movement pattern to expand the range of motion and flush the body to be feeling fresh and ready to go!
